Finance

Mortgages: Once you draw down the final 60% payment to complete the purchase of your Polaris World Property you can switch your mortgage (if applicable) to a bank based in Spain. We work with a number of Banks here so that we can shop around and secure you, our client the best available rates. In Ireland we work with Ireland's leading independent Mortgage Broker, NC Mortgage Brokers, ensuring that residents of Ireland get the best advice and best available rates.

Home and Life Insurance/Medical Cards: Because we are based here we can source the best deals for both life and home insurance and also assist you in taking out a medical card should you decide to take out additional medical insurance here.

Tax Advice: We work with one of Murcia's leading teams of Accountants and Solicitors who are able to assist you with any tax related queries you may have.

Legal

Conveyancing: Our clients have access to an independent Solicitor who specialises in all administrational procedures related to the purchase and transfer of properties and real estate here in Spain.

N.I.E. numbers: In order to purchase a property in Spain it is necessary to have an N.I.E. number (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) The NIE is a tax identification number in Spain for non nationals. We can organise all the relevant paperwork for you and apply on your behalf

Residencia: Should you decide to make your stay in Spain a more permanent one we can also organise your application for residency.

Power of Attorney: For your convenience you can use our Solicitor to act on your behalf thus saving you time and money so you do not have to go back and forth to Spain to sign paperwork.

Translations: Murcia Developments have access to a number of local, qualified, translators who will be more than happy to assist you in the translation of your documentation into Spanish when required.
